Top Photo: This Iraqi Russian-made T-72 tank was captured
in nearly pristine condition by the 3AD and was shipped back
to Germany to be on display at Ayers Kaserne in Kirch-Goens.
It is shown here with part of its munitions laid out by Spearhead
soldiers. This same tank is currently (as of March, 2004) on
display at a 1st Armored Division facility in Friedberg, Germany.
Bottom Photo: 3AD troops came upon this abandoned Iraqi
"Red Crescent" (Red Cross) vehicle, which was a Chinese-made
Type YZ750 Armored Ambulance. Strewn around the rear hatch were
various medical supplies.
