Called The "West Wall" by the Germans,
this "Dragon Teeth" anti-tank, anti-personnel defense
line ran from the Dutch border near Nijmegen, south to Saarbrücken,
then east to Karlsruhe, where it ran along the east bank of the
Rhine River down to the Swiss Border at Basel. |
