During a break from the Potsdam Conference with
Joseph Stalin and Winston Churchill, the President flew from
Berlin to Frankfurt, where the Division had established a temporary
headquarters south of the city. In foreground from left to right
are: 3AD Commanding General Doyle Hickey, U.S. Secretary of State
James Byrnes, President Truman, and Supreme Allied Commander
