A Woolworth Store in Cologne - March, 1945

  T/5 Cliff Evans snapped this photo of a bombed out Woolworth's in downtown Cologne. The American company had opened about six stores in Germany in the 1930's, and until the war started the company had a successful foothold in the Third Reich.
