Above at his 503rd Admin Co room locker, then Pfc Dick Laible
stands ready for the duty he liked least. And still to this day
he can recite from memory the basic standing orders of the guard:
"To receive, obey, and pass on to the Sentinel who relieves
me, all orders of the Commanding Officer, Officer of the Day,
and Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Guard only.
Sir!"
