Ken Robinson has long since forgotten why he
took this "candid" photo or who the two troopers are
in the foreground. However, the PIO staffers in the windows are
unmistakably (from left) Paul Rice, Peter Rode, and David Flister.
It was in 1968 that the PIO confiscated these two front rooms,
while still maintaining its long-standing, first-floor central
